We want you to love every sip, but if you are not satisfied with your waterdrop® order, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hydration accessories and opened consumables cannot be returned.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that your request is initiated within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and ship them back to us using a tracked shipping service of your choice.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
