What exactly is a waterdrop® Microdrink?
A waterdrop® is a small, sugar-free cube that adds delicious taste and valuable vitamins to your water. Simply drop it into 400ml to 600ml of water, let it dissolve, and enjoy.
Are your products suitable for people with diabetes?
Yes, our Microdrinks are completely sugar-free. We use a tiny amount of sucralose or stevia for sweetness, making them suitable for those monitoring their sugar intake.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my order if I don't like the flavor?
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. We recommend our taster packs for first-time buyers.
What are the Microdrink cubes made of?
Our cubes are made from natural fruit and plant extracts, enriched with essential vitamins. They contain no artificial preservatives or colors and are 100% vegan.
